Certified Organic Maple Syrup

Organic maple syrup follows Canadian Organic Standards (COS), covering forest management practices, tapping methods, and processing controls. Organic producers maintain detailed records of taphole management, cleaning products, and processing aids used.

Québec has several recognized organic certification bodies that inspect and verify compliance. Organic certification is reviewed and renewed annually.

Certified Kosher Maple Syrup

Kosher certification for maple syrup involves inspection and verification of the entire production operation — including equipment, cleaning products, and any processing aids (such as defoaming agents used during boiling).
