What We Do
Our role in the bulk maple syrup supply chain
- Source 100% pure Canadian maple syrup from Québec's regulated supply
- Supply bulk maple syrup in food-grade 205L steel drums (615 lb / ~278 kg)
- Coordinate independent grading and quality inspection before shipment
- Prepare complete export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin)
- Arrange logistics: palletization, container loading, and freight coordination (FOB / CIF / EXW)
- Support procurement teams with technical specifications and compliance documents
What We Are Not
Setting clear expectations for buyers
- We are not a bottler — no retail-ready packaging
- We do not sell to consumers — B2B only
- We do not accept inbound phone orders — call-back only after qualification
- We do not offer private labeling (unless specifically negotiated)
- We do not disclose pricing without a signed NDA
- We are not a maple farm — we are a supply chain intermediary
Why Québec-Regulated Grading Matters
Consistency and compliance for industrial buyers
Québec's maple syrup industry operates under a regulated system managed by the PPAQ (Producteurs et productrices acéricoles du Québec). This ensures consistent grading, quality standards, and supply continuity for industrial buyers worldwide.
- Federal grading based on light transmission (spectrophotometry) — consistent colour classification
- Independent inspection by Centre ACER Inspection Division before release
- Minimum 66% Brix (soluble solids) for all grades
- Authenticity testing and off-flavour screening on every lot
- Strategic Reserve system ensures year-round supply availability

Our story
Rooted in a Québec sugar bush, built for the world's food makers
- Maple Syrup From Canada grew out of a working sugar bush in Québec's Eastern Townships — the maple country along the Appalachian ridge where the spring thaw runs the sap. We know this product from the tree, not from a spreadsheet.
- Today we are a PPAQ Authorized Buyer in Québec's regulated system. That status lets us source graded, independently inspected syrup — and the stability of the world's only strategic maple reserve — and carry it, drum by traceable drum, to food and beverage makers on four continents.
- We stayed deliberately small and specialized: bulk maple syrup, done properly, for people who build it into their products. No retail shelf to chase, no bottling line to feed — just reliable supply, honest documentation, and a real person on the other end of your inquiry.
