How to store maple syrup?
As long as the container has not been opened, you can keep it at room temperature since we sterilize all our syrup container. On the other hand, once the container has been opened, it is necessary that the product be kept in the refrigerator. It will prevent the development of mold and the crystallization of maple syrup.
What is the difference between organic syrup and conventional syrup?
Organic syrup producers must meet many organic standards throughout the process of making maple syrup.
Do your products contain gluten?
NO. All our maple products are gluten free.
Can your products contain allergens?
NO. None of our products contain allergens.
When is maple season?
The maple season usually last 5 to 7 weeks. For us, it usually starts in late March until early May.

We have more than 20 years of experience in making maple syrup.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide.
How long does it take before I can receive my order?
All our orders are delivered from Québec so it depends where you live and what kind of shipping option you chose.
How much sap does it take to make syrup?
It takes about forty gallons of sap to make one gallon of syrup. The reason is that the sap is almost entirely made of water and contains very little sugar.
How big should a maple tree be before tapping it?
Because we care about our trees and it's not good to make holes in the trees when they are too small, we are always waiting for our trees to be at least 12 inches in diameter before tapping it.
